Who we are. Casa Campo Homestead LLC (“Casa Campo,” “we,” “us”) operates a private estate venue and this website.
For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “Venue” includes the property, grounds, parking areas, and facilities where events are held. “Service Providers” means third parties engaged to help operate our business (e.g., payment processors, website hosts, email providers, analytics providers, security vendors). “Owner” refers to the property owner of the Venue, where applicable.
Information we collect
Identifiers & contact info: name, email, phone, city/region.
Commercial info: tickets purchased, price, quantity, basic order metadata.
Payment info: processed directly by our payment processor (e.g., Stripe/Square/PayPal). We do not store full card numbers.
Communications: messages you send us (forms, email, WhatsApp), RSVP details.
Device/usage data: IP address, browser/device type, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies or similar technologies.
Social/UGC (optional): photos or tags you voluntarily share with us on social media.
Event-related information: attendance records, accessibility requests, dietary/allergy disclosures, incident reports, waiver confirmations, and other operational or safety-related information provided in connection with events.
Marketing preferences: your preferences regarding receiving promotional

Sensitive information: We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, medical records). How we share information. We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with:
Service providers (website host, e-commerce platform, payment processors, email/CRM, analytics) strictly to operate our services.

We do not sell personal information for monetary compensation. We do not knowingly “share” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under certain state laws.
Cookies & analytics. We (and our providers) may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and performance. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking some cookies may affect the site. These technologies may collect IP address, device identifiers, browsing behavior, and approximate geographic location. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
Marketing choices. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time via the link in our emails or by writing to casacampohomestead@gmail.com. Transactional emails (e.g., receipts) will still be sent. If we offer SMS communications, you may opt out by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply.
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax, or accounting requirements (for example, transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years). Where minors attend events, personal information must be provided by a parent or legal guardian. International visitors & data transfers. We operate in the United States. If you access our site from outside the U.S., you understand your information will be processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. Media capture and usage are governed by our Terms & Conditions. Where practicable, attendees may request not to be intentionally featured; however, incidental background inclusion may occur.
Arbitration & Disputes. Any dispute relating to privacy or data practices shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution provisions set forth in our Terms & Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference.
Updates. We may update this policy; the latest version will always be at this page. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
