    Open the day with an intention-setting mandala ritual to ground, connect, and mark this experience as something just for you.

    1:30-2:30 pm: yoga flow

    Flow through a guided yoga practice designed for all levels, surrounded by avocado trees and open sky.

    2:30-3 pm: Casa Campo mini tour

    Walk the property with our team and discover the gardens, event spaces, and hidden corners that make Casa Campo so special.

    3-3:30 pm: meditation & sound healing

    Drop into deep calm with a guided meditation and sound healing experience designed to soothe your nervous system, invite presence, and gently release built-up tension.

    3:30-4:30 pm: relax & enjoy

    Unstructured time to lounge, journal, or wander the grounds — plus access to the pool, cold plunge, and outdoor lounging areas so you can integrate the day with rest and play.

    4:30-6pm: paella & wine

    Gather around for a shared paella experience paired with wine — a slow, communal meal celebrating flavor, harvest, and conversation.

    6-7 pm: music & wind-down

    Close the day with music, wine, and easy conversation.
